Hi Bill Joyce here. Been marketing online for about 8 years. In the last 3 or so I have been working with the offline" market. Back in the old days, (I mean OLD) we used to call it Sales. Anyway I have been in the Oil Business in Lafayette, LA and of more recent note, the restaurant business.
In any event you always need to be aware of what is important in your business.
